Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions of use of the website www.k-2.ro (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) establish the conditions under which any person may visit or access the website www.k-2.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” and/or “www.k-2.ro”) or use in any way the services offered through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “www.k-2.ro Services”) and constitute an agreement between K2 CONCEPT SRL (hereinafter referred to as “K2 CONCEPT SRL”), as the owner and administrator of the Site and provider of the www.k-2.ro Services, and any person who visits or accesses the Site or who wishes to use or actually uses www.k-2.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions, or any provision thereof, obliges the person to immediately cease accessing the Site. Continued access to or use of the Site, any of its pages, and/or the www.k-2.ro Services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any of their provisions.
Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, K2 CONCEPT SRL is obligated to manage safely and only for specified purposes the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member, or another person.
Purpose of data collection/processing:
Advertising, marketing, and promotion for the operator’s clients or potential clients who have registered (by phone, email, and/or by completing the online form) on the website www.k-2.ro for the services/products offered.
For the provision of marketing, promotion, and advertising services, you agree that K2 CONCEPT SRL may process the following personal data: name, surname, date of birth, home/residential address, email address, and implicitly agree to its publication on the website.
Consent is considered granted upon voluntary completion of the online form available on the website and/or upon payment for the requested services.
Refusal to allow the processing and publication of personal data on the website prevents K2 CONCEPT SRL from providing marketing, promotion, and advertising services.
The registered information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated to: clients/potential clients, local and central public authorities, and any site visitors regarding personal data.

Materials and Information Accessible via the Site
The content, design, graphic elements of the Site, including but not limited to all text content and technical sources of all current and future services and facilities, except when expressly indicated otherwise, belong to K2 CONCEPT SRL and constitute the Site Content.
Site Content, regardless of location or type, may only be used for personal purposes by displaying it on a personal computer or other electronic device and/or by printing/downloading specific documents or information expressly designated for personal and non-commercial use, provided all intellectual property rights, other property rights, and usage conditions are preserved.

By submitting materials, users grant K2 CONCEPT SRL permission to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, reproduce, modify, translate, and mention their name in connection with the submitted materials, and to transfer these rights to any partner. No compensation will be claimed or granted for such use.
Limitation of Liability
K2 CONCEPT SRL does not guarantee the content on the Site, nor the content provided by its partners or users. K2 CONCEPT SRL will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability but is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies provided by commercial partners or users. Users agree to hold K2 CONCEPT SRL harmless from any legal action arising from improper or fraudulent use of the Site.
In cases of force majeure, K2 CONCEPT SRL, its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries, and representatives are fully exempt from liability. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, technical failures, internet or telephone interruptions, computer viruses, unauthorized access, operational errors, strikes, etc. Users agree to protect and hold K2 CONCEPT SRL harmless against any claims, losses, damages, costs (including attorney fees), judgments, fines, or other obligations related to the User’s actions in connection with the www.k-2.ro services.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
K2 CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to modify any provision of the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation toward Users. Any modification is fully accepted by Users through continued access or use of the Site or www.k-2.ro Services. Non-acceptance obliges the User to immediately cease accessing the Site or using the Services.
Applicable Law and Disputes
The rights and obligations of Users and K2 CONCEPT SRL under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be settled amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian court with jurisdiction over the territory of Ploiești.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with products purchased from www.k-2.ro and wish to cancel the purchase and receive a refund, you may apply for the return procedure within 10 working days, according to Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on consumer protection in distance contracts.
The 10 working day period begins:
a) For products: from the date of receipt by the consumer;
b) For services: from the date of contract conclusion.
A distance contract is an agreement for the supply of products or services between a merchant and a consumer using one or more remote communication techniques.
The 10-day return right applies only to customers who purchased products online from www.k-2.ro. The customer may unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 10 working days, without penalties and without providing any reason.
According to Ordinance no. 130/2000, the consumer is responsible for the costs of returning products to the merchant.
The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of contract termination by the consumer.
